Assistant Manager

Essential Functions:

  • In coordination with the manager, must: supervise, direct, plan and delegate responsibilities to Mesoneros.
  • Must guarantee quality of service to our customers
  • Open or close the restaurant according to the programmed schedules
  • Assist the manager in the administration of new employee training program; maintaining control of labor and food costs; verify the weekly inventory of the restaurant, among others

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree (preferably Business Administration) and 1 year of experience supervising or in the Company
  • ServSafe Certification required by the Department of Health
  • Customer service oriented
  • Leadership
  • Experience supervising
  • Basic knowledge of computer programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available to work rotating shifts and weekends
  • Comply with the rules of presentation and image of the company
  • Full bilingual (English and Spanish)
